Aurigny decides on new livery

17th February 2019

Aurigny has come to a decision on the paintwork for its new planes.

The airline asked islanders to vote on social media for their favourite design, with option B coming out on top.

However, lots of people commented suggesting some changes be made to the preferred design, which Aurigny took on board to come up with this:

A Guernsey flag will replace the current puffin, which has adorned the tail for the past few years.

The new ATRs will be painted with the new livery as standard, while the airline’s existing fleet will be updated ‘as and when their paintwork is due for renewal’.

Aurigny says it will be cost ‘almost nothing’ to change the artwork.
