Aurigny named best short-haul airline

Aurigny has been named the number one short-haul airline by the consumer and travel magazine, ‘Which?’.

The survey was based on customer responses to criteria such as seat pith, punctuality, boarding, seat comfort, cabin environment, customer service and value for money.

Norweigan came 4th in the list, with EasyJet at 11th and British Airways at 15th.

We’re told the airline was also praised by the magazine for removing its ‘no-show’ clause, after ‘Which?’ said it was a sneaky extra.

Chief Executive of Aurigny, Mark Darby, says:

‘We are thrilled to be rated number one in this survey, that is ultimately determined by our customers.

‘Whilst we may be a small airline, we pride ourselves on customer service and providing our customers with the best possible customer experience.
