Condor Launches Charitable Fund
Condor has created an annual fund worth £15,000 for Channel Islands’ charities. The newly set-up Condor Community Fund will offer grants of up to £1,500 to groups, social enterprises and individuals across the Islands.
The process has now been launched with successful candidates being notified in May. The initiative is aimed primarily at environmental or community-based projects.
Condor’s CEO, Paul Luxon, has released the following statement:
‘This is a new venture for us and we are particularly keen to hear from social enterprises, schools, charities, amateur sports clubs and local residents across the Islands. We know that many give up their time to develop community activities and we would like to support the work they do in making a real difference, not just now but into the future.’
