Progress Made In Sarah Groves Trial

14th May 2015

The trial of murdered Sarah Groves should begin to see more steady progress.

The court in Kashmir sat for the 40th time yesterday with no progress being made on the final verdict itself.

However, Richard de Wit – who denies murder – now has a new defence lawyer in place after sacking his previous one in January.

It’s hoped the trial will progress at a faster pace when proceedings recommence on 1st June.

At this time, Syed Shoda, Sarah’s boyfriend will take to the stand.
