London - Hackney South-East - apparently within the sound of the Bow Bells so I am actually a cockney!!!

Crocodile Rock - Elton John - I played it non stop for months!!

No contest here - Robbie Williams

4 What made you want to be a radio presenter?

I didn’t mean to do it - I just got asked to try it - and really enjoyed it

October 2000

6 What is your favourite Island FM moment (on or off air)?

Having my photo taken with Mark Owen at the first Summer Wave - I've got my arm around him and he's got this very frightened look in his eyes!

Richard Harding

8 What is the best concert you have ever been to?

Bryan Adams at Cardiff Arms Park - supported by Squeeze and Extreme on a hot summer evening it was amazing

9 What is your all-time favourite record?

Beautiful Day by U2 - one band I would LOVE to see live

10 If you hadn't been a radio presenter/newsreader what would you have been?

Robbie Williams’ personal bodyguard!!
