Policy & Resources Elections Today
Deputy Gavin St Pier says the new States of Guernsey is not split.
He was narrowly elected as Policy and Resources President on Wednesday after a paper was spoilt after four equal ballots between himself and Deputy Peter Ferbrache.
Today, Deputy St Pier will be nominating who he wants to work with on P&R over the next four years.
There are senior roles up for grabs, leading new committees overseeing education, health and social security as well as our other public services and the environment.
Deputy Gavin St Pier has now released his nominations for the Policy & Resources committee.
He has put forward Deputies Lyndon Trott, Jane Stephens, Lindsay De Sausmarez and Johnathon Le Tocq.
All have been seconded by Deputy Peter Ferbrache.
