Facebook is one of the most popular social networking sites. On Facebook you can become online 'friends' with people or fans of bands, people and Institutions all over the world. When you become a friend or fan of someone you'll get the latest updates from that person, plus see photos and videos posted by them and much more.

Twitter is another one of the social networking sites which have revolutionised the internet over the last few years - stars such as Stephen Fry are regulars on Twitter - even Number 10 Downing Street has its very own feed.
