Focus HR Training
If you're a Jersey business, you'll already know and have experienced how challenging the last few months have been. Also, recent times have highlighted the importance of HR training.
There's a 5 course training series called "Focus on..." starting on 11th November. You can either attend stand alone sessions, or the full series for a discount.
Dates are:
- Managing Attendance and Complex Absence – 11th November 2021 (half day – 8.45 to 12.45)
- Capability, Conduct and Performance Management – 30th November 2021 (half day – 8.45 to 12.45)
- Managing Grievances – 10th February 2022 (half day – 8.45 to 12.45)
- Handling Investigations –3rd March 2022 (Full Day Session)
- Managing Disciplinaries – 10th March 2022 (half day – 8.45 to 12.45)
