About the position:
Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Job Location: Vale Garage Complex, Braye Road, Guernsey GY3 5PA
Freelance Guernsey is the Main Dealer for Renault, Dacia, Nissan, Toyota, Lexus and Hyundai in Guernsey.
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of queries
- Provide product and service information to customers
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
