Job Title: Operations Lead & Venue Manager

Job Location: St Peter Port

Main Purposes of Job:

A true Player/Manager role at the heart of the District. You're not just managing systems - you're the face of the brand, the heartbeat of the Social Hub, and the primary operator on our small but mighty team. On-the-floor during peak hours, personally hosting corporate events, and keeping the whole venue running to the highest standard.

On-the-floor execution: welcoming members, overseeing the kitchen operation, and keeping courts running like clockwork

Full F&B ownership of the Social Bar and Pizza Kitchen - stock, suppliers, hygiene rating

Personally host corporate events and District Mixers for our Key members

Recruit, train, and lead 3–5 staff - setting the pace for service, cleanliness, and sports-tech operations

Manage community outreach and understand the Guernsey local market

Requirements: 5+ years in premium hospitality or leisure (active floor preference over desk), multi-skilled across F&B and event hosting, flawless SOPs and systems mindset, Guernsey-connected
