Main Purposes of Job:

Powder Kraft are looking for a Workshop Hands-On Manager to join our growing team.

Due to our ever-increasing workload, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to help lead our busy powder coating business.

The ideal candidate will have a background in metal fabrication or mechanics, strong people skills, excellent organisation, and a keen attention to detail. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced workshop environment.
