During the free event:

• Welcome from Teresa (Bright Beginnings) and Harriet,
Founder of Nourish & Flourish
• Talk on the importance of the first 1,000 days and early
nutrition, with Dr Gopinath Rao
• Live Thermomix demonstration with tasting
• Basic first aid and life support training for babies and toddlers,
led by St John's Ambulance
• Closing remarks from Teresa and Harriet

Bright Beginnings will be on hand to help keep little ones entertained, so you can relax, listen and take it all in.
