On Sunday 31st August, Guernsey Mind and Investec are challenging you to lace up your trainers for the annual Investec 10K Challenge.
It's open to everyone, whether you are moving from 5km to 10km, starting from scratch or aiming for a personal best. You can run, walk or a mixture of both.
This year's route will start at the Imperial Hotel at 9am and finish at Grandes Rocques.
