Training session dates:

30th May: 10am - 1pm, CONNECT Space, Health Connections Shop
11th June: 5.45pm - 7.45pm, Fort Management Services Limited, Millennium House, Ollivier Street, Alderney
22nd June: 5.30pm - 8.30pm, CONNECT Space, Health Connections Shop

These are free, relaxed and informal training sessions which will provide you with the basics of the five ways to well-being, the social model of health and where to find credible health information; as well as support available in our community and how best to signpost people to support that matters to them.
