Join Guernsey Mind for the Sunrise Walk of Hope on Sunday 22nd June.
The Walk starts at the Vale Castle at 4am and heads along the East Coast with the rising sun, to La Vallette.
Now in its fifth year, this annual walk has become a powerful way to raise awareness around suicide prevention and the support available.
