At least 22 people have been killed after a bus and lorry collided in Kenya, police say.
The bus passengers were returning to the coastal city of Mombasa from a funeral when the tragedy happened on the country's main highway.
The service had been for their church pastor in western Kenya.
Sunday's crash took place on the same road where 17 people died in another accident three weeks ago.
The highway links the capital Nairobi to Mombasa.
Twenty-four other people received treatment after they were injured in the latest collision.
Mother-of-two Violet Mwandonyi said the bus had just left Mtito Andei town, where the passengers had breakfast.
She said: "I cannot recall what exactly happened. The last thing I remember is that we were all wailing and calling on motorists to come to our rescue.
"I don't know the fate of my two children who were on the bus."
The circumstances surrounding the crash were unclear but passenger Spenza Mudave said a truck hit the bus from behind, causing the bus to roll.
The national transport and safety authority suspected it was a case of "improper overtaking" due to the information gathered that the vehicles collided head-on.
Speeding and poor road conditions have previously been cited as contributing factors in road accidents in Kenya.

The authority said the stretch of the highway where the crash occurred is a designated "accident black spot".
It added that recommendations had been made to address safety concerns.
