It's understood a motorcyclist has died following a collision with a bus on Rectory Hill.
The crash happened at around 17:45 yesterday evening (3 May).
All three emergency services attended the incident, and the road was closed for some time.
No further details have yet been released.
A statement is expected today.
It is the second death on Guernsey's roads in the past fortnight.
