Aurigny says Alderney flights should return to normal today (17 October), after more than a week of disruption.
On 9 October, Aurigny announced that 'several' flights to and from Alderney would be cancelled due to staff sickness.
It says staff, in Guernsey and the UK, have been affected by "a significant amount of seasonal sickness".
But it also saw weather issues and several medevacs over the same period, which increased stress on a reduced number of flights.
The airline says it did everything it could to reduce disruption, including offering alternative transport and refunds.
Alderney’s Chamber of Commerce is asking businesses how the disruption has affected them.
Responses will be anonymous and shared with Guernsey’s Policy and Resources Committee.
Aurigny says it will listen to the feedback.
