17 passengers and crew are unhurt when an Aurigny flight suffered steering failure on landing, but the aircraft was unable to taxi off the runway.
The Dornier was flying into Guernsey from Alderney.
There were 17 passengers on board and none, nor the crew, were injured.
A passenger told us: "We had no idea until the pilot said we have lost hydraulics and can't steer off the runway."

As a result the runway was closed from 0810 today ( 23 May) for around 40 minutes.
Three airport fire trucks were on standby but were not needed.

Passengers were taken by bus to the terminal and the aircraft towed to the Aurigny hangar.
