The States Property Unit is looking for a tenant for the empty kiosk at the main bus terminus in St Peter Port.
Guernsey businesses, individuals or charities have until 5 February to apply to use the space.
The application must arrive at Sir Charles Frossard House by midday and explain how they intend to use the space to benefit the local economy and community.
