The Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation will celebrate its 21st birthday this weekend with Blingo.
More than 350 islanders will gather at St Pierre Park this Friday and Saturday (21 & 22 March) to enjoy a selection of entertainment and raise money for the Priaulx Premature Baby Foundation.
Since 2003 the charity has supported countless Guernsey families with premature babies or critically ill children.
It secures funds to purchase specialist equipment and manages three flats in Southampton next to the Hospital that families can use to stay close to their children when they are receiving treatment.
The Corporate night (Friday) and the Public evening (Saturday) will be hosted by Island FM's Carl Ward and are sponsored by Catherine Best, Channel Islands Adjusters, BC Partners and Hand Picked Hotels.
Last year’s Blingo event raised £22,000.
New additions this year including a Key to the Door game, raffles, auctions and a live performance from Last of the Light Brigade.
PPBF co-founder Jo Priaulx appreciates the support.
"Blingo first started in 2019 and it just keeps growing.
"It’s honestly so much fun; you need to be there to soak up the atmosphere.
"The interest blew us away as our Public Night sold out to the point where we had to organise a waiting list.
"Thank you to all our official partners and our local raffle and auction donors.
"Every gesture, big or small, really helps to pull these fabulous nights together."
