Guernsey's Alastair Chalmers is busy competing at major track events.
Guernsey-born Chalmers will take part in the Diamond League Final in Zurich tonight.
The 25-year-old will go against the world record holder Karsten Warholm in the 400 metre hurdles at 7.40pm - this will be shown on BBC tv.
Chalmers has also been named on the British team for the World Championships, which take place in Tokyo next month.
The hurdler got through to the semi-finals of his first Olympic campaign in Paris last year.
