A fire broke out in a disused building in the Forest.
Firefighters were called to the empty property on Rue des Glaguels st around 6.15pm on Saturday (28 March).
Crew from White Watch, wearing breathing apparatus, used main line jets to tackle the blaze from outside the building due concerns about the condition of the structure.
At the same time, the service was also dealing with the rescue of a person stranded at Soldier’s Bay.
Officers from Guernsey Police and Fire & Rescue returned to the scene of the fire on Sunday morning to investigate.
It comes just days after police arrested two young people on suspicion of arson following a fire at a derelict building at Leale’s Yard on the Bridge.
