JT has confirmed it will be raising its prices by 7.65% in March.
The telecoms company say that it has tried to keep the rise as low as it possibly could.
"We know that price increases are never welcome for our customers.
Following increasing costs from our suppliers, and to enable us to continue to invest in the quality of our products and resilience of our networks, it’s become necessary for us to increase our prices."
The rise is just below the island's current rate of inflation which sits at 8.5%.
JT customers in Jersey will also see the same increase.
The RPI there is at a record high of 12.7%.
"If any of our customers are concerned about affording their bills, we will provide as much support as we can, and would ask them to please talk to us by calling on 882882, or emailing home@jtglobal.com"
It comes as Guernsey Electricity proposes a bill hike of 14.25%, way above the inflation rate.
