Deputy Jonathan Le Tocq will appear in court charged with multiple offences, with some relating to indecent images of children and extreme pornography.
The former Chief Minister and External Relations Minister will appear in court this afternoon (22 August 2025) charged with offences relating to the misuse of telecommunications, indecent images of children, and extreme pornography.
Deputy Le Tocq was arrested on 21 July on suspicion of telecommunications offences and has not participated in Policy & Resources Committee work since the police investigation began.
After previously holding very senior political positions, the 61-year-old was returned to the States in the June election and polled ninth.
