Herm's leaseholder, John Singer, will oversee a team of six who will run the island with immediate effect.
Herm's change of management comes after Craig Senior announced he was stepping down as CEO in April. He had been in charge of the island since 2019.
His responsibilities have now been split between a team of six.
Herm's longest resident Tom Jones is now Head of Hospitality. The former Mermaid Tavern manager has been on the island for nearly 18 years.
He will now oversee the hotel, holiday cottages, campsite, tavern, shops and beach cafés.
James Hastings, who moved to Herm in 2010, will manage the island's infrastructure, including all buildings, gardens, the power station, utilities, livestock, boats, and campsites.
Michael Fletcher becomes Head of Finance.
Kate Evans will manage Marketing and PR.
Shaun McDonald is the new Hotel General Manager.
Anne Davenport will oversee Sales & Reservations..
Island leaseholder John Singer says he is confident in Herm's new Management Board:
"Herm is lucky to have such a competent group of leaders able and willing to step in and collaborate as a team to manage our precious little island.
We have had valuable leadership from our former CEO, Craig Senior, over the past six years, and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
But we must now look forward and ensure Herm remains sustainable and available to all who cherish its unique beauty, and benefit from everything the island has to offer."
