A Winter Art Market has opened in St Helier, promoting gifting the work of local creatives this Christmas.
Across twelve days, the ArtHouse Jersey Future Festive: Winter Art Market is hosting stalls by 17 Jersey artists and community groups selling prints, original artworks, and limited editions for one-off artistic presents.
As well as the art market the event will also feature two installations for visitors to slow down and immerse themselves in.
Harmonic Portals by UK artist Chris Plant is a series of immersive, minimalist light and sound sculptures that transform colours into audio frequencies to explore the textures of surfaces.
Also returning is Photo // Synthesis, by sound artist Jack Chown and visual artist Neal Coghlan.
Together, the pieces will turn the market into a place of winter cosiness.
It will run from Wednesday 10 to Sunday 21 December 2025 at ArtHouse Jersey at Capital House.
It is open 12pm to 6pm, with late night opening till 8pm on Thursday 11 and Thursday 18 December. Entry is free.
