A body has been found on the beach at Havre des Pas.
Jersey Police say they were called on Thursday morning (10 August) after a man was found unresponsive lying on the sand.
Paramedics also attended and confirmed that the man had passed away.
He had not been in the sea.
His death is being treated as unexplained, but is not believed to be suspicious.
The Deputy Viscount has been made aware.
