Jersey Cheshire Homes has almost finished building a new outdoor space for its residents, but needs £7,500 for the final touches.
The redevelopment is expected to be completed by the end of August and will have numerous new additions.
However, the charity is calling for final donations to finish the new look with garden furniture.
Jersey Cheshire Home is a charity based in St Helier and is the only residential facility caring solely for adults with disabilities.
Donna Abel, CEO, says over the past three years, the charity has been fundraising to transform and double the size of its outdoor space for its residents and their loved ones.
"This new space will create a safe, accessible, and enriching environment where adults with disabilities can enjoy the outdoors with dignity and comfort."
"We're almost there, but we need one final push."
The charity needs the last £7,500 to bring its vision to life.
Phase one is underway and includes installing new furniture, with three new sets of tables and chairs, outdoor sofas, each with parasols for shaded seating when with friends and loved ones.
The charity will add a new pergola and lighting, and heating, ensuring residents can use the space all year round.
The new garden will be used to encourage people at Jersey Cheshire Homes to get involved with outdoor activities, with accessible planters and garden storage added to the mix.
