Two pedestrians who were killed in a 'serious collision' on Saturday evening (5 August) were a father and his young son.
A 48-year-old man and his 11-year-old son were hit on Rue de Fauvic in Grouville at around 9.30pm. The vehicle didn't stop.
All emergency services attended, but both died in hospital from their injuries a short while later.
A 28-year-old man was arrested the following morning on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop and report an RTC.. He remains in custody.
Officers are now appealing for CCTV or dashcam footage from the Rue de Fauvic area between 9pm and 9.40pm on Saturday.
