Tom Earnshaw has been recognised as the Michelin Guide’s Young Chef of the Year as the restaurant maintains its star.
The Head Chef of Jersey's Bohemia Restaurant, Tom Earnshaw, has been named as the Michelin Guide’s Young Chef of the Year.
It's as Bohemia retained its Michelin star for the 22nd consecutive year, making it one of the longest continuously held Michelin stars in the UK and the only starred restaurant in Jersey.

Tom (27) took over as Head Chef last year, and said: “To retain a Michelin star for the 22nd year, and in my first year as Head Chef, is an incredible honour.
"It’s made even more meaningful by the Young Chef of the Year recognition. The restaurant has an extraordinary heritage, and my focus has been on respecting that while continuing to evolve the food in a way that feels relevant, exciting and true to our identity."
