Public Health Jersey has issued further advice to islanders following the meningitis outbreak in Kent.
It is asking that students returning from universities in the county, or any islander who visited Club Chemistry in Canterbury between 5 and 15 March, contact the immunisation team.
It says it's to ensure preventative measures can be put in place, and the latest guidance given.
Those in the groups are asked to contact 01534 443741 or email to immunisationteam@health.gov.je 'as soon as possible.'
Last week, Jersey's Primary Care Body confirmed there are currently no meningitis B vaccines available locally for older children.
Anyone born before 2015 won't have been vaccinated against the strain, and would need to go private to have it.
We're told stocks for babies under the routine vaccine schedule are 'good'.
A further update on supply will come this week.
The total cases in the outbreak have risen to 34, and over 8,000 vaccines have been handed out.
Public Health reiterates that the risk to Jersey, as well as to the wider region, remains very low.
