Jersey Fire and Rescue are reminding islanders to check tide times after a rescue last night (20 Apri).
Two people had been cut off at Janvrin's Tomb, also known as Portelet tower, from Portelet beach.
The coast guard alerted the fire service just after 8 pm, and both people were brought back safe and well.
Spring tides have a greater depth range between high and low water.
Islanders are reminded to check tide times.
