A 12-year-old boy from Jersey has been flown to hospital in Southampton after a crash between his scooter and a car on Saturday morning.
The electric scooter collided with a black Peugeot 3008 near Bay Stores on the St Aubin's Inner Road at around 11am on Saturday 22 June.
The boy was flown to Southampton with "a significant head injury" but a Jersey Police spokesperson said he is now in "a stable condition".
They added that the driver of the car - a 57-year-old woman - was not injured and is assisting officers with their investigation.
Anyone who saw what happened, or who has dashcam footage of the crash, is being asked to contact Jersey Police on 01534 612612.
