A mixologist from the Blind Pig has won first place the national finals of the Graham’s Blend Series Cocktail Competition.
Damien will now head to the World Championships to take on the best in the business.
He will travel to Porto for the global final for the 10 May, where he will take on bartenders from Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, and South Korea - who won their nationals.
The overall winner will receive €2,000, an invitation to represent Graham's at a special guest shift.
The Bar Manager at the speakeasy has also been recognised on another world stage, being shortlisted for the International Wine & Spirit Competition Emerging Talent in Bartending Award 2026.
