Three Partnership Leads have been appointed to support the new school partnership model.
Jersey schools are being grouped in partnerships - East, West, and two Town groups - in response to growing pressures on the education system.
Two headteachers and an education advisor have been appointed to lead them.
Les Landes headteacher Vicki Charlesworth, La Moye Headteacher John Baudains, and CYPES' improvement, policy and curriculum advisor Joanna Pearce take on the roles in September.
They will each work with headteachers in the group to share expertise, staffing, and resources to benefit pupils.

The reorganisation aims to help schools in the face of declining pupil numbers, rising Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) demands and financial pressures.
A report in October last year highlighted the need for more consistent leadership, clearer strategy, and greater system-wide coherence.

The pilot will be trialled for two years in non-fee-paying schools.
