Jersey Police are appealing for information after a man allegedly exposed himself at Bel Royal.
Two women report being flashed as they were sitting in a parked car facing the sea.
It happened between 9.30pm and 10pm on Friday (2 January) in the car park by the Kiosk on Victoria Avenue.
The suspect is described as between 50 and 60 years old, 5ft 8 to 6 ft tall, chubby with white or grey hair and a bald spot.
He was wearing a dark green long sleeved top and glasses.
Police say he did not attempt to enter the car, said nothing, and walked off in the direction of the nearby nursery.
Officers increased patrols of the area over the weekend.
They want to speak to anyone who might have seen what happened or the man in the car park before or afterwards, or anyone with dashcam footage of the area at the time of the incident.
"Anyone with information is asked to contact Police on 612612 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, or via their Anonymous Online Form at Crimestoppers-uk.org."
