The price of heating oil and other fuels increased by 53.5% over the year, while petrol and oil increased by 18.0%.
Price collection for Statistics Jersey's latest Retail Prices Index report took place between 29 May and 19 June 2026. This period coincided with the continuing military action related to the Iran conflict, which began on 28 February 2026.
It shows that prices in Jersey rose by 2.8% over the 12 months to June 2026.

Several groups provided an upward contribution to the annual rate of inflation, most notably household services, fuel and light, motoring and food.
The price of food has increased by 3.5%.
