Colmar and Bar Levant have completed their takeover of Quayside and Vittoria at Liberty Wharf.
Bosses are assuring customers that they will continue to operate the businesses, previously run by Martin Sayers, in their current form.
They say the restaurant is popular and successful, and they will retain its essence, menu and staff.
They have also said 'categorically' that they are not closing the nightclub, and have plans to open extend its use as a bar and eaterie during the day.
"Rest assured, Vittoria will continue as a nightclub."
A social media post featuring new co-owner David Voisin says Quayside and Vittoria will 'continue to give you the experiences you love, just as part of our growing group'.
Colmar opened on Jersey's King Street in July 2022, on the site of the former Beghins shoe store.
The French brasserie was then followed by Bar Levant on Broad Street, which opened in June 2024 as an alfresco Mediterranean-inspired cocktail bar.
Former Quayside and Vittoria owner Martin Sayers, who has been in Jersey's hospitality trade for more than four decades, said it was the right time to retire from the business.
