David Greaves is wanted in connection with several acts of fraud against businesses and people in the island.
Mr Greaves is accused of committing the offences over three years.
The 41-year-old's whereabouts is currently unknown after he left Jersey in 2019, but it is believed that he may be living and working in Europe.
All possible lines of enquiry have been exhausted and the force is appealing for the public's help to locate him.
The force says he 'will no doubt be committing further offences wherever he is now', adding that it 'would like to bring him back to Jersey to face justice'.
He is described as 6 foot 2 and a heavy-set man. However, his build may have changed over the last few years.
Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to get in touch:
- Telephone: 01534 612962
- Email: hello@jersey.police.je
- Or, via Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or anonymously online.
