Three drug smugglers who attempted to bring cocaine into Jersey summer have been jailed for a combined 20 years.
Elijah Silbourne was stopped off the ferry from Poole on 1 June.
Customs officers searched his car and found a kilo of cocaine stashed in the spare-wheel well.
The drugs had an estimated street value of between £120,000 and £225,000 - making it one of the largest single seizures in the island.
The 20 year old from Liverpool has been jailed for six years.
Separately, Lawrence Mitchell (37), also from Liverpool, was stopped at Jersey airport on 21 July 2022.
A search found that he had concealed 112g of cocaine in 16 packages inside his body. The packets had an estimated street value of £13,400 - £26,600.

The Royal Court has sentenced him to seven years in prison.
25 year old Rosie Massay from Manchester has also been jailed for seven years after she was stopped at the airport on 3 August.
She was searched and Customs officers found 105g of cocaine in the pockets of her clothing. The drugs had a street value of between £12,600 and £23,000.
Luke Goddard, senior manager at JCIS, says the actions of these people show that the island is being targeted by organised crime gangs.
"The diligent work of JCIS Officers has disrupted their activities. The sentences of the courts reflects the seriousness of these offences and sends out an appropriate message to those involved.”
