Jersey Zoo says it is 'adder-ly delighted' with its newest baby animals.
A summer breeding boom is continuing, with two of the zoo's adders giving birth.
One needed surgery, which is tricky for a vet when your patient is venomous.
Unfertilised eggs were safely removed to protect mum and her babies.
"The team performed a coeliotomy under general anaesthesia to provide the treatment she needed which was successful."
The zoo has praised the vet team for their expert care and dedication, and shared photos of the snakelets.
