A plane has overshot the runway on landing at Guernsey airport.
The plane - a leased aircraft operated by Aurigny - could be seen on the grass safety area at the western end of the runway on Tuesday evening (23 April)
Footage captured by an onlooker and shared with Island FM shows fire engines were quickly on the scene.
The aircraft is understood to be a 90 seater De Havilland Dash 8 400. Flight GR609 was arriving in the island from London Gatwick at around 7pm.
Aurigny is leasing the aircraft from Luxwing.
