CCTV video released of Doyle Motors burglary

Guernsey Police have released CCTV footage of a man they want to identify in connection with a burglary of a local garage.

The video shows a man in casual clothing and a baseball cap running and kicking the front of Doyle Motors on Sunday morning (14 April).

The timestamp in the top left of the video shows the break-in occurred around 1am.

Officers say another man was nearby, acting as a lookout.

They reportedly took cigarettes and scratch cards.

Guernsey Police hope the footage will encourage more witnesses or anyone with additional footage to come forward.

Officers are still keen to speak to any witnesses to the burglary which took place at Doyle Motors in the early hours of Sunday morning. Anyone who recognises the man in the below CCTV or who saw two men in the area at the time is asked to contact police.
