M&S has opened in the former St Martin's primary school.
The Simply Food supermarket has begun trading from the La Ville Ecole development.
Jersey Village Vets opened earlier this week in the building between the Public Hall and the new parish school.
Mercury Distribution has also taken space in the completed development.
It is hoped there will soon be a GP surgery and a pharmacy.
Planning permission was granted in October 2018 to rebuild the old school, keeping the original listed facade.
The work was paid for by a £2.6 million government loan which the parish will pay back over 10 years.
"I think it will be very good for the eastern parishes, and also for Grouville and St Saviour as well because with Marks and Spencer and Jersey Village Vets, and Mercury Distribution soon to open, it's a very prestigious development. And I must say, it is a really beautifully and very sensitively restored heritage building." -Constable Karen Shenton-Stone
