Jersey Police are investigating a report of a dog biting a man on the chest.
It allegedly happened near the fuel station on Georgetown Road at around 1:30pm on Friday 5 October.
Police say a man using his mobility scooter was heading towards New Era vets.
As he passed the garage, a large black or brown dog, being walked by a woman, pulled on its lead and bit the man on the left side of his chest.
