ATF says its supply costs have increased, and so has moved to a lower cost supply chain.
Going forward, it says it will use La Collette Terminal Limited for its own fuel supply.
This means it will no longer be able to provide E10 petrol (10% ethanol) or B7 (7% FAME - Fatty Acid Methyl Ester) diesel at its forecourts.
It says it will still offer its discount days on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Jonathan Best, Director at ATF Fuels said:
“While ATF has continued to offer consistently competitive pricing, we are concerned that without adapting our supply chain now, we would not be able to continue delivering the outcomes Jersey motorists and heating oil customers have benefited from over the last ten years.
“This decision has therefore been taken to safeguard our long-standing commitment to the Island.”
