Two 17 year olds have been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving after a car crashed through railings and ended up on its side on St John's Road.
The silver Ford Fiesta flipped over the boundary wall at the top of Roussel Street at around 21.20pm on Wednesday (17 August)
Photos and footage shared on social media shows the vehicle in a precarious position.

A boy was questioned by police, along with a second 17 year old boy travelling behind in a black Ford Fiesta.
Both have been released on bail while investigations continue.
The roads were closed for around two hours while emergency services dealt with the incident.
Paramedics attended to deal with minor injuries.
