Disney+ Wishes Comes True

Disney's new streaming service, Disney Plus, has finally launched in the Channel Islands today.

Film fans had been disappointed after the UK launch of the service last month blocked the Crown Dependencies from logging on.

Islanders trying to access it got the message that the service 'is not available in your country.'

But after the company's Chairman, Bob Iger said he was personally looking into it, the service can now be used in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

As well as exclusive Disney content, subscribers of the £5.99pm/£59.99pa packages will also have access to offerings from Marvel, Pixar, Fox, National Geographic and Star Wars.
