House prices in Jersey rose by 18% in the year to the end of June.
The average paid for a property here is now £629,000.
Prices rocketed, with one bedroom flats recorded their highest ever value at £315,000.
Three bedroom houses hit a record high too, of £806,000, up £97,000 on the first three months of the year.
Statistics Jersey, which compiles the data, says a significant number of properties - especially three and four bedroom ones - sold for more than £1 million pounds.
The number of homes changing hands this spring more than doubled on the same time in 2020 when Jersey was in lockdown.
There were 472 transactions compared to 202.
Mean prices by size in Q2 2021 compared with the previous quarter:
1 bedroom flat - £315,000, up £21,000
2 bedroom flat - £494,000, up £35,000
2 bedroom house - £566,000, up £34,000
3 bedroom house - £806,000, up £97,000
4 bedroom house - £1,227,000 up £143,000
